BentoPing is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for restaurant owners and their staff. It enables restaurant owners to create and publish work schedules, communicate rosters via WhatsApp, and allows staff to apply for leave and submit attendance punch-ins — all through an integrated WhatsApp notification system.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at kirathaent@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. BentoPing is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

BentoPing acts only as a communication facilitator. You, as the restaurant owner, remain responsible for the accuracy of schedules, leave decisions, and attendance records.
BentoPing operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
We strive to maintain high availability of BentoPing but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (including WhatsApp), or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for business losses arising from service interruptions.
All content, trademarks, software, and design elements on BentoPing are the property of BentoPing and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BentoPing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of BentoPing after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
